I recently went to Baltimore for a CMS conference. The city is beautiful, accept, its not ADA complient. Baltimore has a brand new subway in the downtown area, but the entrance for the subway line has an esculator. Just an esculator, no elevator at all. The bus terminal has a waiting room a flight of stairs to the waiting area. Again, no elevator. The bathroom is two flights down with no elevator. But the greyhound terminal makes it look like the restroom is accessable. They have one bathroom stall that is ada complient. But how could you go to the bathroom thats down two flights of stairs if your using a wheelchair? Baltimore had 14yrs to learn about the ADA, but has not listened.
