yeah, i remember him he was a great speaker who spoke at the 99 YLC convention in virginia/d.c. and as a present to all 180 representatives from all over the world he gave each one of use a five dollar bill personally made out to each person. i still have mine framed. and then to go further he purchased a membership for all of us to the a.a.p.d.... mr.Dart was truly a great person and i will morn his passing for sometime to come.
