All subway stations have three levels - an entrance, a mezzanine where fares are paid, and a center platform for boarding trains. The subway stations also have escalators, stairways, farecard vending machines, fare gates, and elevators for the elderly and handicapped. [5]

The Metro subway is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Elevators and escalators at station entrances transport passengers to the mezzanine and platform levels. Station attendants are available to answer questions and provide assistance. Braille station guides are installed at all Metro subway station entrances.
