inclusion in a Parks recreation plan

Hi, I'm from the City of Bellevue, WA and with the Parks and Recreation Services Dept. We are updating our master plan for recreation in the city and part of the update deals with a "Choices" plan where our residents living with disabilities have the choice to participate in either Specialized Recreation programs or indeed in any program that the city may offer. Our plan has been written and we are in the process of adding pictures and quotes to add a personal flavor to the plan. I am really looking for some quotes from people who have experience with Inclusion is their community and the benefits that have been provided.
