Posted by Steven M. Busch Having been in the “business” for over 25 years I do have some experience with investigative reports of this type. I think it would be very interesting to review the wording in this particular report, and contrast it with media reports. So if you have a web link to the 45 page document, please post it. I am including a link to Terri’s bone scan medical record from 1991. A Google search brought up many links to this same medical record, I just picked one at random. I’m not sure why I can’t find the DCFS report online, maybe I was just meant to humble myself and politely ask you to provide it. Please click the link below and review the bone scan record. Note that the record states that Terri had a “history of trauma”. Please note that Terri’s injuries appeared to be consistent with not one, but multiple traumas. Those on “my side” of the issue did use this medical record to level some rather vicious accusations at Michael Schiavo. It is very important to note the “out” provided at the end of the medical report listing “additional possibilities”. It was this “additional possibilities” statement, (very common to such records), that got Michael off the hook. A DCFS investigator, (and/or a judge) looking at such a record, would have to conclude that the evidence of abuse was “inconclusive”. That don’t mean it didn’t happen. SB Link: bone scan record

If you are asking me to accept a DCFS report as the final word in this matter, (a report which probably uses the word “inconclusive” numerous times), I would have to decline.
