I do not think I am guilty of a “straw man”. Basically I have posited that you consider facts, reports, and information arbitrarily at best, and discriminatory at worst. I stick with this, because it was a conclusion drawn from a link that you provide to a site that contained a report, which stated none of the conclusions that you seem to draw from that very report! Although, it did have some interesting highlights added by ‘others’ However, I may be guilty of the “straw man” and so I will simplify things and attempt to shine some light. In the words of Justice Brandeis, "Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants" You said: “Those on “my side” of the issue did use this medical record to level some rather vicious accusations at Michael Schiavo.” Yes? / No? B) If your ‘analysis’ of this “medical record’ differs from Dr. Walker’s (a radiologist, and author of the report) opinion, that states NO cause, then what is it in your analysis that gives it more weight, credence, or credibility? Good Luck and God bless.

A) Can you articulate what in this ‘medical record’ justifies “vicious accusations at Micheal Schiavo?”
By definition questions cannot be straw men. If you cannot answer these questions then I will let other readers judge. If you can answer these questions, I will still allow other readers to judge. I do not have the time to continue this conversation. That is unfortunate for me for I have enjoyed the tussle.
