I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your article; how eloquently you described the real issues. It is so frustrating how so many people with so little real knowledge have such power over our "service" systems? I live for the day where people with disabilities in our state are designing and governing their services and supports... I fear it will be a long time coming.
