Thanks Dave, I appreciate reading about how other folks are trying to make the system work for the people who are to receive the service. It seems lately that for every step that is taken there are two steps taken back. Over the last several years I have seen Michigan give great lip service to the idea of choice while slowly chipping away at the financial resources that make choice possible.
