Hi Della, Glad to hear choice is happening in Kansas. Dwindling funds certainly should be no excuse for people not being able to receive meaningful services and having a say in determining what that means to them. Wouldn't you agree that competition in human services makes for better services? Keep up the good work. Thanks, Dave
