The leave donor program is an excellent program! However there are people on the list who do not deserve contributions. These people ride the list and are constantly abusing their leave. They get donated leave from people who do not designate a recipient. Please designate your leave to a specific recipient!!!!! That way the people who really need the leave get it! Thank You
