johnson ab's around the world?

just wondering have anyone ever counted or does anyone have a hunch that how many percent of all ab's are pure johnsons? and how many of these dogs are in usa and how many for example in europe (pure johnsons)? just curious. some details from Finland: there's 'bout total of 200-300 ab's but all hybrids. not single one pure johnson. I know that in sweden is some johnsons but I haven't asked from BWK that how many of his puppies stayed in sweden?!

and further question that is there any countries YOU wouldn't sell a dog?
