Hey Mitchell or anyone who knows picture shrinking for koodak easy share??

Hey Bud I've got pictures of Gracies puppies but they are to large!! I used that Kodak easy share too! Then I put them on my server from CUTE/FTP it transfers them to my server(ehost) to post. CUTE/FTP butt dang does not make them smaller? Who or what do I use to do that! "I'm slow at these computers but once I get them I'm good at all I dooooooo!! heeeee haaaaa Anyone help a feller out???
