greatest concept? great music? im assuming you mean music, consdering one generally doesn't listen to an album, concept or not, for another primary reason.
Quadrophenia, unless Pet Sounds or SMiLE are considered concept albums. One of those. And Sgt. Pepper isn't a concept album.
