I dig the shit outta this shit. Would it be idiotic of me to label this album the Let it Be of the Punk movement? I'm going to do it anyway. C/W influence mixed heavily with Punk ideologies, much like the Stones mixing C/W with Hard Rock/Roots Rock ideologies. Disagree? Ah, well it's too late... I've already come this far... no turning back now. Besides, it would require way too much movement for me to drag my mouse all the way up to that line of text, highlight and delete it.
It also dusts some psychedelic fairy smoke clouds through the nether regions of your mind. Nothing too intense, nothing too abrasive. Aside from the first track, it's a smooth assortment of pretty melodies, and a crucial statement of purpose for MP. Hell, I like it better than Zen Arcade. Yup, that's my story, and I'm sticking by it.
