Yeah, it's not quite as immediate as Spilt Milk but with a bit of time you can grow to like it just as much. I was lucky, in that I heard Bellybutton quite a bit before I heard Spilt Milk, so I was already a big fan of the first record before my mind had a chance to be blown with its followup. And once that happened well, then I had to obtain everything that they ever did, (totally worth it BTW). That tends to happen often with me.

: I listened to it, and, like you said, it
: didn't stick with me as much as Spilt Milk,
: but it was definitely worthwhile.
: You better watch those emoticons, buddy,
: before John goes apeshit.

: Bellybutton isn't quite as gripping as
: "Spilt Milk", so you might find it
: a little underwhelming at first, but give it
: some time and it will grow on you.
: It's like their "Something Else"
: compared to "Spilt Milk"'s
: "Village Green Preservation
: Society" (did that analogy make
: sense?).

: Sorry to be a parrot, but I gotta also thank
: Ken for recommending Jellyfish. I just
: listened to Spilt Milk and it is pretty damn
: great. Who knew?
: Getting ready to listen to Bellybutton now.
