Quit trying so hard. Girls find it very unattractive. They realize their sexuality and beauty is a weapon they can use against you, so if you act disinterested in those things they will view it as a challenge. The guys tripping over themselves to get laid never receive respect, there are dozens of them who hit on each daily and they're identical. The guy who doesn't give a shit, who just wants to be himself and get fun draws attention and they'll then want to be the one to win you over.
