I only got a bit into it though. It got me a bit more into 50's music by starting at the beginning (Buddy Holly and the Chirping Crickets, Here's Little Richard, Sinatra's Songs For Swingin' Lovers and Monk's Brilliant Corners made the most positive impressions). The 60's and 70's albums I've heard in there are mostly good picks, so I might go further with those, but quite a few of the 80's and 90's choices I know are so completely head-scratching that I probably wouldn't pursue that project too far.
