From reading that it's not actually converting the audio just shaving off empty space. Which is alright I guess, but it's not *really* a proper way to convert things. What this program does is totally different from what foobar and the others do. I'm not totally convinced it doesn't cause transcodes. A curious program for sure.
If you're re-ripping all your CDs why don't you just rip them all to lossless? Space issues?
