I don't necessarily think the 90s is a *bad* decade in rock

I just don't care about it that much. I like and sometimes love some scattered albums here and there from various bands (not just ones I've reviewed so far), but I don't have anything resembling a strong fondness for it. This is at least an improvement over the outright hostility I initially felt towards it. I'd probably have developed a stronger taste for 90s rock by now if so much of my time getting into different music in the last 5 years hadn't been diverted to classical and (to a lesser extent) jazz.
