blur probably won't. the who are lip-synching because roger's too old to hit the same notes any more, as evidenced by their performance at the super bowl. much as i love them, it's time they realize they just can't do it any more and hang up the towel. i mean, is there a single person who would be remotely excited about the prospect of a new album from the who, much less a tour? and i'm saying this as a fan.
