The K-335 message board commenced in 2002 shortly after the publication of "Dear Captain, et al.: the Agonies and the Ecstasies of War and Memory," the first of the Howerton World War II Era books. The board holds about 300 messages. As new messages are posted the older ones are deleted to make room. Unfortunately, there is no way to access the older messages. Many thanks for your compliment re "Dear Captain, et al."
