Ahlem Camp

In the early morning on this day in 1945 the 84th's 335th advanced units liberated the Jewish concentration camp at Ahlem, a few miles west of Hannover, Germany. I have read some of the harrowing and horrible accounts of some of the camp survivors. I was wondering if any vets had memories to share?
