Posted by Board Adm. for Kristi Yee "I was wondering if you could help me find information on WW ll Railsplitters 84th Infantry and 333rd Medical Detachment group. This is the group my father in law Henry Yee was with and we're having a hard time getting records because he never collected any benefits from the army. He is 86 yrs old and I want to rest him in honors. If you can help me any way that would be great. "I have a roster of the officers and enlisted men, but I need to find something more. I would be grateful for anything that I can find. My husband has what is left of his medals but there is no discharge papers that can be found and the VA can't find anything. So as I said am looking for anything that I can find. Stories, news clippings. He has been given less than 3 weeks so I want to be able to tell him all I found and give him peace that he can be honored with pride in his service. Thank You, Kristi Yee" NOTE: Above message originally sent to David Gould, Host, World War II Heroes web site. Link: WW II Heroes web site
