As seen below, Mr. Miller thinks you may have more info on George, anything you could do to assist me will be greatly appreciated.
I found George H Scott, Jr. on page 84 of the division Roster book, under 335th HQ. - listed: "S/Sgt, R.A.CE, BS, Memphis TN"-- which means he fought in all three campaigns (Ardennes, Central Europe and Rhineland) and received the Bronze Star as you said, From here, your resources are perhaps to read the division and unit histories, or contact others with the 335th, perhaps in the HQ. Allan Howerton has a wonderful site for the 335th K Company, plus has a book out, worth checking into if you hadn't already. http://members5.boardhost.com/K335INF84THDIV/
Of course, the Railsplitter Society has some resources, but I'm sure you're familiar with most of this?
