Regrettably, I have no information on George Herbert Scott, Jr. other than that in the Headquarters Company, First Battalion, 335th Infantry section of the 84th Division roster. I am sending via e-mail the name, address, and phone number of an officer who served with Headquarters, First Battalion and who attended the Railsplitter reunion last year in Nashville, Tennessee. As George Scott was one of the noncommissioned officers in the unit perhaps he may remember him.
