The date is in the roster next to their name. (MIA 11.19.44)<-- now I see my mistake. Thank you for your time. As for the information about my great uncle. In the letter sent home to his wife, dated May 9, 1945, from Maj. Gen. A. R. Bolling. "your husband died on May 3, 1945, as the result of a wound recieved accidentally at Lichterfelds, Germany" "your husband and another soldier were inspecting several pistol which had been taken from the prisoners when one of the weapons was accidentally discharged, wounding William in the right side of his chest" Is there some after action report that would account for some thing like this.
