E334 Company Commander

My understanding is that E334 was killed on the way to Homberg. I am attempting to learn the identity of his successor, the CC of E334. In addition, I am attempting to learn of anyone who served with, and recognizes the name of, PFC Frank J. Cmelik, E334 replacement in Rhineland and Central Europe campaigns, of Waverly, Iowa. Please advise. BTW, Mr. Howerton does much to preserve the history of the 84th and should be commended for his efforts in this area. Many thanks in advance.
