Apologize for duplicate post. I forgot to check box for permission for replies to be e-mailed to me.
My father Joseph Skarda served in Belgium during WW2. I think he was in the Battle of the Bulge. He was one of the rail-splitters or a member of the 84th perhaps. He was responsible for spotting or coordinating artillery I think. He was born, raised, and settled in rural AR.
