Allan, to save you some search time- p. 110 of the Roster book, 326th FA.
Mark, thanks for the reference which indicates that Tech 4, Joseph Skarda of De Valls Bluffs, Arkansas was a member of Hedquarters Barrery, 326th Field Artillery Battalion and served during all three of the division's campaigns (Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe).
Mr. Skarda, the 326th Field Artillery was one of four battalions of 84th Division Artillery. Therefore, your father would have served not only in Belgium during the Ardennes Campaign (Battle of the Bulge) but in all phases of the division's combat operations in the Rhineland (primarily the breakthrough of the Siegfried Line, the crossing of the Roer River, and the drive to the Rhine), and the offensive across central Germany via Hannover to the west bank of the Elbe River.
