Insofar as I know there is no online 84th Division roster. Used copies can usually be found at various online sites. Google: "Roster of Officers and Enlisted Men, 84th Infantry Division, European Theatre of Operations, World War II." This is a paperback, 140 pages, published by The Viking Press in 1946 and distributed as part of a boxed set with the division history, "The 84th Infantry Division in the Battle of Germany" by Lt. Theodore Draper.
Reprints of the Draper history may also be found on the Internet. I believe that The Battery Press, and perhaps others, published at least one of their reprint editions of both the history and the roster in a boxed set. If found online make sure that the roster is included before ordering.
