Noah Cook is listed on page 126 of the Railsplitter Division Roster book. (Luckily I thought I'd quickly flip the pages starting from the back of the Roster book, and there his name was to be found instantly.) The listing is: Noah W Cook, from Cameron, West Virginia, Tech 5, Company "D" 309th medical battlion, and having served in all three of the 84th Division's major campaigns- the Rhineland, the Ardennes (The Bulge) and Central Europe.
