The 84th Infantry Division Society still publishes a newsletter, The Railsplitter, twice annually. The next issue is February 2009. Deadline for copy is December 31, 2008. There is a locator column that attempts to find colleagues of men who served in the various units. Send material to Mr. Forrest Lothrop, Executive Secretary, 84th Infantry Division Railsplitter Society, Inc., P.O. Box 827, Sioux City, SD 57101-0827. Thanks, Mark, for your input.
