Staff Sergeant John A. Ruddy of Baltimore, Maryland was with Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 333rd Infantry. The roster notes that he participated in all three of the 84th Division’s campaigns—Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe.
