I have been looking at all sites possible regarding the mooring fields at Boot Key Harbor. On the City site there is no mention of length restriction, but I found that on Capn Greg's site. We have a 45' Motor yacht and tow a 17' CC as our dinghy. Is there size limits, and if so are there other areas outside the designated mooring fields that we could anchor for a couple of months? What are the limitations on going ahore and tying up the 17'? A fellow boater that has been there before and is coming back said they had a water taxi before that could take us ashore if the 17' is a problem. Is that true?
