However; it does add protection to vessels anchored on the ICW and the vessel IS NOT solely for liveaboard. That is the catch word. Most vessels anchored on the ICW for any length of time are anchored while making "repairs". Now who is to say how long that may take. But "they" the owners, do not call them selves liveaboards... they are long term crusers, with a mailing address somewhere on land. However; although MCSO can not board, FWC, ICE, USCG, still can.
