Jim, I'm not hiding behind an alias, I just used my email. I'm not insensitive to the needs of the disabled, I truly am asking what exactly would make the dinghy dock more accessable (aside for more space). And, just to play devil's advocate,as for an all inclusive price, there is plenty of presidence... such as a state park that, say, provides picnic tables even though they might not be easily accessed or boat ramps...not everyone has or could afford or use a boat,etc. etc. My post was not offered as a "dukes-up", I think there's plenty of room for dialogue. How about the analogy for the mooring field and a 260+ unit condo... could you imagine building the condo first and then trying to figure out how to park the cars later, no less having everyone use just four toilets and three showers?
