Jim, you need to read your own links. Almost the entire dinghy dock is ADA accessable, only the east/ west hard dinghy section at the North end is less than the required 60in. There are no barriers to use of the docks with the possible exception of your hard head.
Dealing your hare brained ideas costs the city time and money better spent on the real issues. More dinghy docks with expanded and improved shore amenities.
Just what is your idea for an ADA dock to meet your disability, you seem to have no problem with dockside perhaps cost is your issue and you feel the disabled should be entitled to free dockage as most ADA automobile parking is unmetered.
A final note it would be nice if you and Mary would refrain from using boot key harbor as an ashtray. Butts are the worst form of pollution in our oceans. They won't break down naturally.

: Ok, then why not use your name? I use mine.
: Which is a little different from my email.

: Those links should answer your questions.
: Just "cut and paste" the link into

: And you should not feel alone, as most

: In regards to the fees. I did not go
: looking for them... The boaters came to me
: because of my past with the marina and the
: city.
:
: Many of them do not want the dinghy dockage
: tied to the mooring ball, for the reasons
: I've stated.
:
: Some went so far as saying if it happened,
: they would be leaving.
:
: I believe they came to me not only for my
: past in the harbor, but because I will look
: at all sides and try to find a way that is
: fair to all.
