Posted by Jim Lowry I'm sorry you think I'm stealing your spotlight. Many people have told me you are a nice person. Yes, "Jake" we know who you are. I search for fairness between the city and the boaters. As I always have. Maybe that is why the boaters come to me. As far as the ADA, it is far better for the City of Marathon to do what is expected (by law) than to have the DOJ tell us what to do. The cost SAVINGS alone is in the millions. You can try and put me down all day long, you won't win. You will only make yourself look like a fool. And there is no reason for that. You never attack the person , you attack the process. Yes, myself and others have done FAR MORE for this harbor than you have... so what? I like it when the harbor opens up and works things out together. You can be a part of it, but you are afraid of loosing what you currently have going on. And yes "Jake" and I stated in the last post, I know the challenge you are facing right now... But when you act the way you have, I see no reason to help solve it for you. You see, you are the type who has to go it alone to try and prove something... look back... most of the time you loose. But there is no need to. STOP TRYING TO BE THE ALFA MALE. I didn't save this harbor alone, it took a lot of help from everyone. But you were not here then. Maybe you could go talk to those who were and you will get a better understanding of the harbor. I don't want to step on your trying to shine... I could help you, but your alfa male won't allow that. You need to stop attacking me and start realy (and I mean realy) reading and reviewing facts. You can add a great value to harbor... but only if you stop hiding behind "Jake" and start learning from the past. Because if we don't know the history, then we are bound to repeat it.
