Dockside

I've been out of the area for 24 months, I've heard stories that the Dockside went to hell, then I hear it's cool again, it sucks, it's cool. Even on this board the mood is indecisive. Anyway I'm headed back shortly so can anyone tell me the current status and what is expected in the Dockside's future?
