Be you for the new rates or not, if you care about the Marina and the Harbor PLEASE attend and be heard.
According to Sat. 11/10 Keynoter...
"A resolution dealing with fees and rates at the City of Marathon Marina. Deputy City Manager C.J. Geotis said he will present suggested rates based upon an analysis of private marinas requested by council.
Geotis said an all-inclusive mooring-ball price of $250 per month will include pumpout, dinghy dockage and the use of shower facilities.
“We're trying to make it easier for everyone instead of having everything piecemeal,” he said.
For the hard docks, Geotis said a summer rate of $13.75 per foot per month and a winter rate of $18.50 per foot per month will be suggested. "
