I'm same situation. The City Marina wouldn't rent to me either. I got a 22' Catalina with a working PORTA - POTTI that I use. ( I'd never dump over side ) The wife and I wanted to stay down in Boot Key, and drop in for 2.5 weeks. Spend all kinds of money, and enjoy some good times on the boat. We work hard, and with gas so expensive and the daughter in college, and then Marathon city gov making things difficult. What a real bummer!
