DANNEY, The city can refuse to rent you or me dockage or a mooring for one simple reason. They don't have to make a profit or even to brake even. They can always go back to the tax payers for grants or some other type of funding.(public money)If the city can't make it pay, they should lease out to someone that can. When they refused to rent to me,there was dock space and moorings empty. I was staying at a motel why do I need holding tank? Their answer was you'r in a marine santuary. Isn't Bahia Honda in the same santuary? Good God they are fools. John Almeida, Tampa
