Jim&Mark, I have read the rules about the moorings, just because a bunch of hacks made these rules doesn't make them fair or legal. I remember when the St. Pete city marina wanted to ban liveaboards and a judge ruled it was illegal. Plus it was not right or fair. This what happens when government employees have to much time on their hands. They come up with a bunch of foolish rules which takes a lawyer to understand them. I'll just bypass Marathon, dealig with that city isn't worth the heart burn. John Almeida, Tampa
