Please, so that maybe we can do something about what upsets you (and others) tell us AND THE CITY COUNCIL what it is that the marina is doing that IS NOT required by Florida Law.
If what upsets you and others is under city control then we can work on it.
If it is Florida Law (not a rule) then it is out of Marathon's hands...
