Well lets see... the place was full of people.
They are all standing around inside and out.
Someone just hit your car... and no one says a word. Now tell me... how do you feel?
You are correct I did just attack the "new harbor".
No one will stand up... not a problem, I just won't stand up for them.
As I said one bad apple... the sad part is that after your car got hit... no one stood up.
Same thing.
No it is the "new harbor" that has insulted Mary and I.
But I guess the good part is you now just might get those cameras or a guard.
Hope you had a Happy Holiday

: Constitution aside... have you truly gone mad?
: You have just attacked and insulted our
: entire neighborhood over the actions of one
: individual. Lowry, you are now the
: laughing-stock of Boot Key Harbor. Maybe
: you'll find some support among your
: "better class of people" you so
: desperately seek.

: Does anyone know that the Bill of Rights is
: part of our Constitution.
:
: A Constitution and Rights I fough for, for
: our Country.
:
: Amendments to our Bill of Rights have taken
: place over the years. Giving woman the
: right to vote, lowering the voting age to 18
: and yes even providing protection to and for
: the disabled.
:
: A civil right is an enforceable right or
: privilege, which if interfered with by
: another gives rise to an action for injury.
: Examples of civil rights are freedom of
: speech, press, and assembly; the right to
: vote; freedom from involuntary servitude;
: and the right to equality in public places.
:
: But it seems we now have boaters in this
: harbor who either due not understand a
: persons civil rights, or don’t care about
: anyone other than themselves.
:
: As most of you know, I am now one of those
: disabled. Years ago I helped fight to save
: the liveaboards in this harbor. I fought to
: keep the city from forcing the liveaboards
: to move out.
:
: Today I am fighting for the Legal Rights of
: the disabled.
:
: During a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at
: the marina yesterday, someone, thinking only
: of themselves decided my dinghy should not
: be tied up on the dinghy dock beam to beam.
:
: Well I had and have permission to tie up
: that way due to my disability. Of course
: the inconsiderate person can always say they
: didn’t know…
: What due they say about not knowing…
:
: Then when my wife told you this, I started
: hearing things like
: Well he should get a different dinghy
: Or to bad
: Or so… who does he think he is.
:
: Well now you know who I am. Not only did
: this untie my dinghy but also put 2 large
: cracks in my gelcoat. And for those who
: think being disable is funny, you need to
: spend a day in shoes.
:
: I helped fight for you and this is how you
: now treat people.
:
: Some of you know who did this and the one
: who did it knows.
:
: We all know the story about 1 bad apple.
:
: Well here is what this 1 bad apple did for
: you.
:
: 1) Remember when I said a civil right is an
: enforceable right or privilege, which if
: interfered with by another gives rise to an
: action for injury. Take a clue.
:
: 2) Because of this 1 bad apple, I will no
: longer take up any fight for anyone in the
: harbor.
:
:
: Marathon is my home… You can fight your own
: fights and I will fight mine.
:
: That dock was to busy for someone not to
: know who did this.. so either you can step
: up or don’t be surprised if the rules of the
: harbor that have not been being enforced…
: start to be
:
: Oh and P.S. I will now go along with the
: 190 slips... maybe we will be a bestter
: class of people per capita
