That is all the disabled are asking for... for our rights to be respected also, as given to us under law.
4) we do only what we have permission to do.

That is like say you want a special privledge to speak freely. Special privledge would be going above what the law says. That IS NOT what we want. You have been provided with the ADA guidelines for dockings. That is what should be done... following the law.
