Hi Jim,I downloaded the program and it worked the first time then it froze up my laptop. then I rebbooted my system and it worked again. Last night I went to watch it and it would not go onine.(with or without the program) I could not go onlin at all. I uninstalled it and did a go back and now I am back on line. If you have any ideas please let me know.I really liked it when it as working. thanks for your help,R.
