Sarasota Bay is another one trying to get the mooring field. They are suppose to make a final desicion on Dec 17th.. I also read today city counselers for Marco Island have appealed the judges decision and are trying again to get the mooring field and keep out the free boating. Its all about big government and rich people restrciting access. Mostly to keep out the crappy boats and or the crappy people that sail on in within them. Ya know, just like they did in BKH... Marco Island will never go restricted while Mr Dumas is around. Ya know why? because Mr Dumas got the money to fight city hall.. Which just go's to show - America is only free if you got a big fat wallet! So, whats a man to do when he has limited funds and people are imposing restrictions on him? Ask Ted Kaczinski
