Joe mentioned Sister's creek - depending on what you draw. 6' would be max and that's at high tide paying attention to the drifts in the channel. We always did it with 4' draft at most tides with no problem. If you've never been there I'd be inclined to test Sister's creek by dinghy first (if you have visibility for the bottom). Many transients anchor on the West Side of Boot Key, but it is exposed from all directions except the East. As Joe mentioned, we'd anticipate a Trimaran to have less than 6' draft, so Sister's creek would be the best bet for you.
