Joe, the City is already doing it...
Just not correctly.
And yes, sadly once they "get through" a law suit may need to be filed.
But you see, once you get the DOJ involved the price tag to the tax payers of Marathon goes through the roof... that is how (and why) some Lawyers get rich. And I can't fault the Lawyers
But Joe, slowly the City is getting things done.
And Joe, I am sorry but you need to talk to people like the "Howard Hubbard’s" that offer no
solutions, only rhetoric.
Joe, I offer verifiable facts and solutions, as I was the one that convinced the city to drop the dinghy dockage fees for the disabled until they do become ADA Compliant that you may have spoken of in Southwinds.
The dockage can be taken care quickly and at a very low cost, without even taking up hardly any room... but that part can not be done until the ADA Consultant is done. So currently there needs to be work arounds.
I hope the city will not need to be sued... I'd rather the (entire) city only spends thousands not millions on being ADA Compliant.
